The brief was to create an aesthetic that was very seamless and ‘digital’. It was tricky to weld together a steel framework in this geometry while keeping everything seamless but we are really happy with the final result after careful planning at the CAD stages. Parts were powder coated separately and were fitted together with tight tolerances. A large computer monitor also had to be fitted in a small space, allowing for adjustment and a seamless view.
