CAD & Design

Do you have an idea or sketch that you’d like resolving before going into production? From complicated structures to simple CAD work for laser-cutting or machining processes, our hands-on problem solving experience allows us to quickly advise how costs can be reduced and predict potential stumbling blocks early in the design process.

We use Solidworks but also have access to Rhino, Sketch up and Fusion360.

Fabrication

High quality metalwork goes far beyond a decent weld. We have 14 years of experience working for artists, designers and institutions on a huge variety of projects.

We take pride in our ability to produce accurate and well finished pieces that match the design and brief. All our work is TIG welded to ensure the best quality and finish. We are also equipped to braze, silver solder and MIG weld when required

Machining

We are mainly set up for machining prototype and one-off parts but also take on small-batch work. We have a Swiss milling machine, a Hardinge toolroom lathe and a small Myford lathe that can produce highly accurate work. We also work with local trusted partners with CNC tooling if needed within a project.
